Our oils are designed specifically for use with our pens. Please refer to the individual product description for details and instructions for the particular pen and oil you purchase.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time. You will receive tracking information once your order has shippe

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 1 day of delivery. Include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you and resolve the problem as soon as possible. 

We currently only ship to the United States. Available shipping methods and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
